I found it interesting that two-thirds of the genetic mutations leading to cancer are due to random errors that occur naturally in healthy, dividing cells during DNA replication. I always thought a lot of cancers are due to the heredity or lifestyle.

Accoring to Genetics Home Reference, only a small percentage of mutations cause genetic disorders. Most mutations have no impact on health or development, so I can assume that most mutations are neutral.
